Important Notice: Planned Maintenance and Temporary Downtime of Digital Banking Services

Dates:  Friday, October 4 through Monday, October 7

At Fidelity Bank, the security and reliability of our services are our top priorities. To ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible service, we have scheduled necessary maintenance that will temporarily impact our digital banking services.

The following services will not be available during the planned downtime: 

Bill Pay: Bill Pay will not be available starting at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4.  All other services below will not be available starting at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4.

Personal Online Banking 

Business Online Banking   

Mobile Banking App

Zelle:  Any Zelle transactions scheduled to pay after Monday, October 7 will be deleted.

Maintenance Schedule:

Start Time: 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 4  (6:00 a.m., Friday, October 4 for Bill Pay)

End Time:  10:00 a.m., Monday, October 7

During this period, you will not be able to access the above services. However, you may still use your debit cards at ATM’s and for in-store purchases.

What You Need to Do:

We recommend planning your banking needs ahead of time to minimize any inconvenience. If you need to check balances, pay bills, or transfer funds, please do so before the scheduled maintenance begins.
